And now the moment you've all been waiting for!

For dessert we had a sugar-free, strawberry-rhubarb pie. I had never had rhubarb, and finding the celery-like vegetable was the most difficult part of the entire day! Great job goes out to Lou for her beautiful lattice top. So pretty and delicious too!
